Hi, I'm Vinaydeep

I work a 9-to-5. I don't have two spare hours either.

  • Corporate job, high pressure, overtime more often than I'd like.
  • Which leaves almost no time for myself — and definitely not for a gym.
  • So I walk. It clears my head. I do it on calls with friends and family, or with a podcast or audiobook on. The steps happen anyway.
  • And I cut some carbs from my daily food. Not all of them. Some.
  • That was it. 5kg in 2 months.

It's realistic. I can see myself doing it for the rest of my life — which is more than I could ever say about a two-hour gym workout.

The whole method

Three things. That's the method.

01

Walk

On calls. With a podcast. No gym, no kit, no changing clothes.

02

Snap

Photograph your plate. The app does the counting.

03

Shave a little

Week two onwards, we suggest small cuts that keep you full.

Questions

Do I really not need a gym?

No. I lost 5kg in 2 months with walking and a small calorie reduction. No gym, no equipment, no workout clothes. If you want to add training later, great — but it is not how you start.

How accurate is the photo calorie tracker?

Good enough to act on. It gives you an itemised estimate with a confidence rating, and it is tuned for everyday home-cooked food — it accounts for the oil and ghee most food apps ignore. It is an estimate, not a lab measurement, and consistency matters far more than precision.

How much time does this take a day?

About fifteen seconds to log, plus whatever walking you can fit around things you already do. That is the entire point — a plan that needs two spare hours is a plan you will abandon.

Will I be hungry?

That is the one thing we design against. The weekly plan only suggests cuts that keep you full — oil, sugar in chai, fried snacks — while protecting the dal, curd and protein that actually fill you up.

Is it free?

The tracker, the photo scanner, the articles and the tools are all free — you just create a free account to use the tools. Personal coaching is the only paid thing.
